24. Absolutism. Which sucks because it seems like the rest of society is going in the opposite direction. The older I get, the less I’m willing to say something is concretely this or that. The more I’m like “let me reserve my judgment and see if there’s some nuance to be had”.

    Meanwhile everybody is going full on black and white. You’re a fascist, they’re a commie, he’s a racist, she’s an enabler, etc. You could be talking about a movie and people will come out of left field like “that was the worst movie ever made” and then somebody else will be like “no, you’re a terrible human being if you don’t appreciate the blah blah blah”.

    It’s like some kind of Puritan revival or something and I don’t like it at all.

    Not all but it seems teenage and college girls seem to think they are our modern day philosophers who are here to save the world from all the social issues that plaque the world and think they have all the answers to everything whilst getting offended at literally everything and wanting everything that hurts their feel feels and to be banned whilst saying offensive and Hateful things about males.     Whilst teenage and college boys just sit there saying sexist, racist and bigoted stuff thinking they are cool and funny and calling everyone a snowflake because no one laughed at them saying the N word or saying “Make me a sandwich” to a woman whilst thinking Andrew Tate is Jesus 2nd coming.
