  7. Studs. I like their simplicity and neatness. I do have different kinds (silver and gold, with and without a stone, etc.) which I combine for a more interesting look.

  8. Studs. I know this sounds crazy but in recent years, the feeling of things dangling from my ears for a prolonged amount of time bothers me. I reserve hoops and dangles for when I go out. Otherwise, studs in my ears with a matching stud in my nose.

  9. Other than my helix piercings where I wear seamless hoops all the time, I don’t wear any others on a regular basis. I will put some on when I dress up to go out if I have some that match and I’m interested in doing so, but it’s not the norm for me

  12. Stainless steel ball studs pretty much every day. They’re simple, tough, and don’t turn my skin funny colours or give me infections. I occasionally wear something different on special occasions or interviews.

  13. I used to change my earrings daily, now I stick to platinum hand me downs off my beloved aunty ❤️

  16. I swear by small sleeper hoop earrings with a hinge mechanism to close. Easiest to put on and they don’t every irritate me.

  17. Small, gold hoops. I barely notice them (feeling wise, I am emotionally attached and feel off if I don’t wear them) lol I like that they’re simple and make me feel out together no matter what I’m wearing. I wear different earrings maybe twice a week, usually to compliment an outfit on the weekends.

  18. Titanium flatbacks. Once they’re in there, I can just leave them alone forever.

  19. Either studs or small hoops. I have a small face and wear glasses, larger earrings are too much.

  21. I have 3 holes in each ear and don’t remove my earrings daily. First hole has diamond studs, 2nd hole has a cute CZ cluster, and the 3rd hole has diamond huggie hoops. I want to get a diamond cluster or pavé stud for the 2nd hole at some point.

    Lever backs. Bought a pair last year and wear them every day. Never take them out. Shower and swim with them. I’m lazy. They don’t turn green and they don’t hurt laying down. Mine have clear gems not green. But they were 100% worth the price I paid. Great for someone who is lazy but likes girlie shiny things. Cheap enough it’s no big deal if they do break or get lost.

  23. I have had the same tiny hoops in for about 3 years cos I’m a nurse and we can’t have dangly. Only a very special event I’d change them

  24. Just regular diamond studs. I only really change them out for special occasions but otherwise they just stay in other than taking them out to clean and to have them “detach”.

  25. I had my ears pierced 7 times in one ear and 5 in the other when I was 14 years old and wear small gold hoops. I’m 42 now and there’s absolutely no damage done to my ear lobes or anything else. I hate it when you see people who wear heavy earrings all the time and their lobes are droopy or the holes from the earrings look like slits and not little circle holes. I take them out every couple months to clean them and give my ears a really good cleaning as well. (I do clean my ears daily in the shower but it’s not the same as taking the earrings out and giving it a really good scrub with nothing in the way). I replace them every 5 years or so because eventually they lose their shape from sleeping on them, getting them caught in things, etc.

  26. Small studs. They go with everything and can’t be pulled out of my ears by accident/on purpose. Most appropriate for my work.

  29. Studs and I swop every day as I have alot of pairs. I love the animal ones, sparkly ones and super simple designs alike

  31. A pair of Diamond studs in the shape of little flowers or little gold hoops my husband got me a few years back. I take them out every night.

  32. I’m in the small gold hoops crew. I have really small ones that I wear to work, then medium sized ones for when I’m feeling a bit more snazzy.

  33. I have a small pair of silver hoops I wear as my default pair. My ear piercings are prone to closing no matter how long it’s been. So I’ve been wearing these for a few months. They clip into themselves so nothing pokes me when I side sleep. And I only wear the dangly ones occasionally.

  35. Small rose gold lever backs with champagne diamond pavé. I almost never take them out.

  36. Hoops, smallish and silver. Usually only change for special occasions, so at most 4-5 times a year. The current set has been in 360~ days a year for 6 years or so. Basically I wear them until they break, this is I think my third set.

  37. I like beaded or silver dangly earrings, not too big, not very small. I wear different earrings pretty much every day, even if I’m home lounging in sweats. I don’t feel dressed if I don’t have on earrings. In 2008, I learned to make jewelry, and making earrings is my favorite thing. That being said, plenty of the earrings I wear are not my creations, rather, they are beautifully silversmithed pieces. I have several pairs of gold earrings, mostly hoops, but I rarely wear gold.
