how do you respond when a some is annoying and won’t stop talking?

1. By not hanging out with them in the future.

2. I leave if at all possible. If not, I tune them out.

3. I don’t respond other than to politely explain I need some space

   Unfortunately, I’m a very good listener 🥲

5. I just start talking on top of them.

6. I start gesturing in sign language. When they ask “What’s up with that”? I tell them I’ve gone deaf from their incessant chatter.

9. I often will not comment at all. When they finally stop and ask why I haven’t said anything, I usually say that I was waiting for them to finish. Often makes them more aware- but, not always.

10. Well most people here don’t realize that a lot of people don’t do it intentionally, many times they are not aware of it. I would politely remind them to slow down and drink water and let me speak too rather than just being rude or completely cutting them out of my life
