You can run the risk of infection in your mouth/throat if you have any cuts or grazes. That part of the body has lots of bacteria. Just be careful, and make sure your are well prepped and clean.

I’ve had partners go from my ass to my mouth thousands of times, with a lot of different partners, and I’ve never had an issue getting sick or anything.
I’ve read so much about how this is dangerous and I totally get why it grosses people out.
However, I’ve been doing this for like years now and I’ve never had a single problem as a result.
Obviously I’m just one person, but my experience has been that it’s just a non issue.
