a guy literally said maybe we can keep each other company tonight. I oddly got the ick. Why am I like this? Does anyone understand?

This would be our second time hanging out. He’s going through a lot with a family member. I’m not sure how to feel. I like hanging out with him but not too sure how I feel romantically. I am not really wanting to sleep with anyone anytime soon. Does anyone else get the ick or is it just me?
