finally went out alone to a bar on a saturday night for appetizers and a drink. anticipated having an awkward, short night. well, would you look at that, i made instant friends with a ton of random people,got several free drinks, danced, i was out till 1am and had the most fun i’ve had in a while. every time i thought of something to say to someone, i said it, and it was exhilarating. i’m realizing now that i don’t lack friends because people don’t like me- it’s because i don’t ever talk to them, lol. fear is stupid. i have much to think about. i hope anyone who is wanting to do more fun things by themselves but is scared, will just go do it.

Yessir. Going out alone is a lot of fun. Even if you do spend it alone the whole time, just embracing the atmosphere and going wild is great.
