People who have worked for a reality TV series like Love Is Blind/ Love Island/ The Bachelor etc (as a crew member), what are some of your best/worst experiences?

1. I know someone who works on shows like this as a cameraman. He likes it because it’s steady work and pays well, but he knows that he’s just making garbage content, so it’s not creatively satisfying.
