2. Wet your lower lash line just a bit before you do it and it may help. Use a very cheap and old mascara And make sure it’s not dried when you do it.

3. Make sure it’s not waterproof and get something cheap. You know like Wet & Wild brand or something. Make sure to apply multiple coats.
