There are girls that just look at me for no reason especially when I remembered that one girl who tried to take off her T-shirt and show her top and gym shorts and I didn’t bother to look when she was using the machine next to me. There are some that try and go near me when I am either doing my chest press on my bench. They just do some kind of contact or do something, but never really approach me. Thoughts?

Thoughts are that they likely aren’t thinking about much other than working out. It’s a tight social space and it’s going to come with some eye contact, acknowledging others, and getting comfortable in whatever clothes they are wearing.
If you want to test out how social or not someone is give a head nod and see if you get a response. But I’d still leave it there unless the other person pushes for conversation.
