What makes you so needy? As in, why do you think you’re needy? Because you feel needy? Somebody told you how needy you are? You’re on the internet watching lucky people not look needy? I’ve never heard of a neediness coach, but everybody has needs. It’s what you’re doing about the needs that decides if it’s “needy” or asking too much. Often, people with anxiety think they’re too much because narcissists in their lives acted indifferent to their needs or even punished them for having needs. There are also childhood factors that can affect your attachment behaviors as an adult.
