I relapsed in December after years and I’m currently doing in about 20 a day and boy does it feel like it on my chest. Need to quit again soon.
10 a day, RYO. Fewer than when I was working a standard office job and smoked tailor-mades, but much more than when I was teaching and literally never had the time.
I bought 30 grams of tobacco on the 15th and had to buy a new pouch today on the 20th.
So that works out to about 5g a day…
I thought I smoked less than that but financially it’s better for me considering a pack of cigarettes is about the same as a pouch of tobacco which lasts days…
Used to smoke 20 a day. Gave up two years ago. But it’s now like £15 a pack. That’s £105 a week.
Imagine buying anything else – clothes, tech stuff, kitchen utensils/equipment, home furnishings, anything you can imagine. Over a hundred quids worth every single week. Then each week binning/burning it and buying it again. Every. Single. Week.
You’d be sectioned. It is madness how much smoking costs and how people foot the bill for it.
