So there is this girl I used to work with for a few months different departments though. Everytime I would see her ahe would always wave hi and smile but then get we both would get shy and not say much. We went to high school together but didnt really talk.
She recently quit and got a job with my sister in a bank. They got along straight away and my sister absolutely loves her and wants me to date her. I always thought she was pretty but out of my league. My mom met her and she absolutely loves her as well and once they called eachother in laws. The girl called my mom her mother-in-law and my mom called her daughter-in-law and she seemed unbothered and like she kinda liked it. My sister also called her, her in law and she still seemed unbother supposedly. My sister asked if she finds me attractive and she admitted to saying yes and my sister has been trying to set us up a bit by setting a flirtatious thing between us.
Just yesterday I built up the courage to text her after I had the excuse pf saying “sorry about my crazy sister blah blah blah” because my sister had embarrassed her by sending her a video to me of her just being funny. So I texted her and she responded about 3-5 times, I just asked how she was and she asked back but she would take like 1-2 hours to respond at times but she is the type of girl to not use social media much. She only has snapchat and not anything else. She left me on read after she asked how I was and now im overthinking it wondering if I should still try to ask her out on a date. My sister also said she talked to a family member of the girl asking how shes been about relationships lately and I guess shes just been weird with guys friend zoning them and rejecting them. So im not sure should I shoot my shot or no?
