What have you done that has worked for you- for example, you feel sad and drained a lot of the time, you struggle to value the life you have (when nothing is really wrong).

  1. I woke up early got breakfast and drove out to my favorite scenic place and watched the sunrise for a few days.

    I also would go drive around dirt roads at midnight listening to music aimlessly (before gas prices got so stupidly high)
