How to take the shot?

For the context i started to visit a park daily nearby my place for walking and there i saw a cute girl who also visit there almost daily sometimes with her mom, so almost a week ago while walking i saw her glancing at me(she was sitting at the bench), i ignored her first coz she was almost looking everywhere but then everytime i passed her i saw she was trying to peep at me sometimes directly or scantly (girls way) we made eye contact for a day or two after that she didn’t visited for few days and today again when i was walking glancing my phone the moment i saw upwards she was directly looking at sitting there, we also made few eye contacts today, i want to approach her but the problem is either she comes with her mom or she is with a group of girls in both scenerieo i am afraid to approach her, as the park is quite crowdy so i don’t want to make a scene if things went wrong(i am from a conservative place and directly approaching a girl between a crowd is quite a risky job) so folks how should i proceed this? You suggestions are most welcome
