So this girl who ise a coworker of mine who was friendly to me before. I didn’t invite her to a party because I didn’t see her as a friend who was committed to me. She said she was upset i didn’t invite her. Basically she has been not talking to me, didn’t ask me how my vacation of 4 weeks was, or anything.

Basically shes like this because i didn’t invite her to my home for my party and I haven’t been talking to her… But i did the same to other people too. But she basically responds to me in a whole another level, not talking to me, not saying anything to me, or what….

Why is she doing this?

She feels rejected by you.
Best case. Maybe she liked you, you didn’t pick up on it. Now she feels rejected and hurt. If she is avoiding you like that give her an apology but move on.
