I‘ve been on Nexplanon for about six months, and I really like it for the most part, but I have experienced pretty significant spotting. It’s gotten way lighter as time has passed, but my partner finding a bit of blood on his hand or dick is still a pretty common occurrence.
This wouldn’t be a huge deal if it didn’t put him off giving me head. I get it, I wouldn’t want blood in my mouth either, but I also want my pussy eaten. There’s no way of predicting, as far as I can tell, when things are going to get a little bloody, which means head pretty much never happens.
Does anyone have any experience navigating something like this. Looking for suggestions, workarounds, or where to take the conversation from here.

I had the same exact experience omg. So I do have some bad news, u do kind of have to wait it out. BUT, something I would do if I knew he was coming is wash it out like as he was pulling up for a hookup so that it would be a few minutes before any blood came out.
I had irregular periods when I first got on birth control and I spotted a lot too. My boyfriend uses toys and vibrators on me when I want to get off in a way other than penetration. I highly recommend it.
Will he maybe go down if you put a tampon in?
I don’t mind swallowing the woman’s blood. I think he should get used to it, like sucking dick takes getting used to. If he doesn’t play along in that way, then the tampon suggestion seems right on.
