What’s the one thing you regret the most in your past relationships?

1. That they started.

   Luckily, a lack of object permanence means they are forgotten fairly quickly. Don’t even remember my ex’s name if I’m honest.

2. My ex loved me real love. She truly did and now I realize that. I used to be a scumbag who responds every few days up to weeks when I got bored of her. Meanwhile she’d respond to me every few minutes-hours.

3. That I didn’t finish them at the very beginning, when I saw first red flags.

4. Holding on too tight because you’re terrified that they’ll get hurt.

5. Not opening up enough from an emotional standpoint at times – at times it defo put up a brick wall so to speak.

6. Why I was there in the first place.

7. Not standing up for myself and rolling over a lot because I was trying to be a *team player*. You can’t be a team player if the other person doesn’t recognize the team.
