That they started.
Luckily, a lack of object permanence means they are forgotten fairly quickly. Don’t even remember my ex’s name if I’m honest.
My ex loved me real love. She truly did and now I realize that. I used to be a scumbag who responds every few days up to weeks when I got bored of her. Meanwhile she’d respond to me every few minutes-hours.
That I didn’t finish them at the very beginning, when I saw first red flags.
Holding on too tight because you’re terrified that they’ll get hurt.
Not opening up enough from an emotional standpoint at times – at times it defo put up a brick wall so to speak.
Why I was there in the first place.
Not standing up for myself and rolling over a lot because I was trying to be a *team player*. You can’t be a team player if the other person doesn’t recognize the team.
