My gf gets really wet during sex causing us to change the sheets. The first time she did it she was so embarrassed we didn’t have sex for 2 weeks. I tried to comfort her about it because washing the sheets isn’t a huge deal for me but she just kept feeling bad about it.

Get a sex blanket, they are water proof and will soak up and keep you from changing the sheets every time. And be excited you get her that wet!
Use a bath mat under the bed sheet instead of a towel next time. The rubber backing should contain all the liquid.
