Joffrey Baratheon 100%
Dolores in the second to last season of Westworld, if that counts. Her development from innocent victim to freedom fighter to Christ figure (adding to the religious parallels of the show), her final words being that for all their faults, humans knew enough of beauty to her, mirroring but adding a bittersweet depth to her initial, naive outlook on life— I think about it all the time.
Propeller man from Titanic.

Waingro in heat. No monologue. No begging. DeNiro says look at me and as soon as they make eye contact, pow pow
Does the Volturi from twilight count?
Buffys mom. So normal and not flashy. She just died. I loved that.
Also, unpopular Opinion, Dean Winchester.
Oberyn Martell
Ugh damn.
Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff. Need I say more?
Bonnie’s Grandma in The Vampire Diaries. I know we technically don’t see her die, but Bonnie’s reaction always makes me cry. I think its the song they used that pushes me over the edge and when she slowly starts bawling and yells out for Elena.
Marley & Me. I watched that movie once in the year it came out, ive refused to watch it since then.
Hotch’s wife in Criminal Minds. Her panicked breathing as the barrel of the gun turns in her hair to point at her is just shiver-inducing.
I could go on and on.
Not sure if it totally counts because it was published 15 years before it was shown on screen… But Ned Stark’s death is masterful.
