I have had 2 experiences with girls where they gave me their full attention and signs that they like me and then hit up later with an older guy and ghost me. I don’t know why I keep getting played, I want to change

  1. You met some girls, things went well for a little bit, and then they fizzled out. You didn’t get played, human connection is just hard and complicated and these connections came to an end. You could do everything right and you still may not get the outcome you want. Thats just how things go

    You can and should change yourself in certain ways. Some improvements can be in becoming more attractive to people, and some improvements can be to your mentality in how you frame the situations you’ve experienced and use them to learn and motivate yourself to keep putting yourself out there to keep making connections with people
