What career did you run into but ruined the opportunity?

1. Boeing. Probably would be making bank but honestly its perfect the way things turned out.

2. I was almost an officer in the British army, injured myself quite severely during selection and was over the age threshold by the time I’d recovered. I don’t resent it, I’ve made a good career for myself outside of that, but I do often wonder what could have been.

3. Had the opportunity to work for John Deere, which for an Ag kid growing up on the farm is really hard to beat. Outside of maybe Caterpillar, there isn’t really anyone better to work for in the US. I decided to take a job that made more money and let me travel the world. Now, I make great money and travel to some of the more remote places on this planet, but I never get to see my wife, dog, or family. I got a dog in November, and then I left for work right before Christmas and didn’t see her again until March.

4. Tattoo artist.

   Absolutely would have been different. Do i regret it. Nope, I have a beautiful family, an amazing best friend. I would never have had them if I followed that. Also if you’re reading this “Chino” gfys. I’m still not salty 18 years later I promise. Dude is just a pos human.

5. Office worker at a doctors office.

   Yeah pretty different

6. Well, idk if I would call it a career, but I got a job at Ford back in 2007 but couldn’t take it because I had lost my license and was without it for 3 years. It’s ok though.

7. Pro Snowboarder, if you’d count that as a career.

8. From the small city I live in , I had a job packaging bags (gap,Dunkin’ donuts) overnights, and I brought home 1000 every two weeks and my now girlfriends ex busted out my windows while I was on the job and they fired me for it.
