What should i do if my friend always thinks im mad or angry even though im not? Someone help 🙁

  1. Your friend may just be verifying that their own worries are not true. As someone who’s brain jumps to worse case scenario very easily, I sometimes will have to ask similar questions, “are you upset about (blank)?” In doing this I can stop obsessing over this one issue.
    On the other hand some people, myself included have a genetic disposition that makes them look very upset. Just start joking about it when they ask. The laugher will ease their worry and turn it into a more positive situation everytime it comes up. Eventually they will be able to read your moods better.
