I cant find any numbers or direct links that’ll help me get in contact with the right department so hoping someone’s been in this situation. Was trying to get my brother a provisional license and just as the website took payment it said there was a technical error, but i’ve been charged twice for it and no emails have come through to confirm the license being bought etc.
Anyone know where I can find the right department number?
