So I’m 28 and haven’t felt horny in years, everyone is a turn off, and the only thing which I jerk off to his the same porn vids over and over again. I’m still in effect a virgin as I had a failed sex attempt at 17 and never really attempted to continue trying. I feel like at some point I just gave up and let masturbation take control of everything for me.

I’m wanting to make positive changes such as getting fitter and quitting alcohol. Perhaps quitting masturbation.

    I suggest joining interesting hobby clubs and sports intramurals. You will meet people, have fun, and may find someone you want to date. Move to a big city, travel, change your life.
