Faintness and lightheadedness after edging?

I asked this on another sub but wanted to ask here too since there’s more users on this sub. My girlfriend (23F) and I (22M) have been experimenting with orgasm denial and edging lately, and after a pretty intense session last night, I felt faint and lightheaded (with some pretty serious blue balls too) when I was walking around, so I had to go lay down. This has happened once before after an edging session, and I actually did fully faint after standing up (kinda like when you get dizzy from stranding up too quickly but it actually resulted in fainting). The other sub said that I should speak to a doctor about this, which I plan on doing, but in the mean time, I was wondering if this has this happened to anyone else? It doesn’t happen every time we do this, but the fact that it has happened more than once is slightly concerning.
