When did you realize you were a placeholder? And how did you overcome it?

1. Ughhhh… Just reading this question hurts tbh. Damnnnn. Bad memories. It was when I realized he only contacted me at certain times of the day/night and we stopped going out and doing anything together other than “hanging out” at his place. Fuck him. Lol

2. I don’t feel I started out as a placeholder but I sure became one. Don’t think I have overcome it yet.
