What are some unique habits you have to keep your mind active ?

  1. Playing games on my phone. Not all apps are bad, it’s amazing how much technology has helped us grow.

  2. Meditation. Made my senses heightened in the moment. Mindfulness. Appreciation. Gratefulness. Deep thoughts.

  3. I sometimes have the mind of a child. Sometimes i count the number of tiles i walk on in a row without breaking the streak. See how many i can get without turning or whatever.

    Or make little games wherever i’m at. Like, how fast can i get to a certain spot, or how long i can hold onto something.
