Trade the capitals of the two Georgia with each other: Atlanta and Tbilisi. With that, Americans would get much easier access to delicious khachapuri and khinkhali, as well as Georgian wine, while the Caucacus would get peaches and hearty Southern comfort food in return.
I would also trade Stockton, CA for Tokyo. Replace one of the most dangerous and troubled cities in CA for a massive and dynamic but very safe metropolis. Furthermore, being in Japan might make Stockton markedly safer.
