I put all the girls in a group chat and I’m not really sure what to do next. Like what exactly to say. How to initiate conversations or even how to tell the girls about the plan
Also how do I get myself to be more opened during this girl trip and less of that shy friend who’s too scared to talk

I’d say, it probably doesn’t matter how you start the group chat, since things will flow from there 🙂
You could just start by saying what the group chat is for (keeping everyone updated about the trip/planning) and something upbeat like being excited about it
