  1. Steak, baked beans, peas, collards and a leftover piece of sausage. Plus a pint of beer to wash it all down.

  2. I just ate a handful of mini tomatoes. Is that dinner? Is that a snack? Will I eat more after I give up on working for the day? Who knows. Meals aren’t formal chez moi.

  3. Pesto pasta topped with baked chicken breast, spicy lentil soup, and mixed green salad with vinaigrette dressing.

  4. I made chicken noodle soup. Did the chicken in the crockpot beforehand with some salsa so it was shredded and kind of spicy. Basic carrot, celery, onion, and garlic base. I flavor with rosemary, thyme, dried shiitake powder, and bay. Didn’t have time to get a loaf of bread risen, so I’ll have sourdough with my leftovers tomorrow.

  5. Lasagna and meatballs with salad and garlic. Went to a really nice potluck at a local community center where I volunteer. There was cake for desert but I held off on that.

  6. Leftovers. In my case specifically, I fried an egg and heated up some leftover breakfast sausage and used the last slice of bread to make toast with grape jelly on it.

  7. I’m making Trader Joe’s vegan orange chicken right now. I’m too tired to cook real food.

  8. I had fried chicken, rice, green beans, and mashed potatoes. I also had a few glasses of sweet tea and a cow patty cookie.

  9. Veggie stir fry thing leftovers I made last night with rice. It was meh I didn’t season it well

  10. Every Thursday I have Chipotle with my rowing team as a group tradition. Double chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, guac, queso, and pico de gallo.

  13. I live in NY and im in high school, and i made dinner for my family. I made chicken fajitas with rice beans guac salsa and sour cream.

  14. Spring mix salad w/ chicken and a homemade dressing (salt/pepper/olive oil/ squeezed lemon)

  15. Hamburger steak (basically like a little teriyaki meatloaf) and broccoli udon stir fry.

  16. Instant ramen with tofu, sweet peppers, and onion. Used bulgogi sauce to coat the noodles and cook the tofu in. It was supposed to be spicy. It was not.
