Weight and diet since your metabolism is soon going to slow down. Should start a good diet now and adapt. If you have a family history of bowel cancer, discuss it with your gastroenterologist or GP if you need a colonoscopy or any test at the moment.
– Yearly Physical
– Cholesterol
– Prostate exams if you have any family history of cancer
– Same goes for colon-rectal cancer screens
– Blood Glucose if you have any family history of diabetes or if you’re obese.
– Never hurts to get your T levels checked.
– STD checks if you’re having multiple partners.
Yearly Blood tests for vitamin, mineral, blood glucose, etc.
Yearly vision, hearing, dental, skin checks.
Taste your own semen. Make sure it isn’t going rancid.
Full panel blood work. You should actually do them starting from your twenties yearly. Basically you want to get what in sports is known as a biological passport. The reason for that is that reference ranges are too wide. You want to track ranges specific to you

Just the basics. Blood pressure, cholesterol. STuff that’s more or less standard in any checkup. It’s not until your 40’s that you should start to think about things like prostate exam, colonoscopy, etc.
Unless you have significant family history of something. Then 30’s would be a good time to start checking for it.
If there’s any genetic condition on your family, or you suspect there is, please do a test.
