What is the good thing about Iceland that a person who wants to move should know?

1. It’s got the population of Wichita, Kansas. It’s tiny, insignificant, isolated, cold, rainy, likely mildly Xenophobic, and is largely simped for on the internet because of politics and not because of quality of life.

2. Cost of living is STUPID high. Soup & sandwich lunch was US equivalent to $35 and that was in 2019.

3. It’s not actually entirely covered by ice. That would be Greenland.

4. Is there polar bears in Iceland. If so I fucked am I if I wanna poke one with a stick?

5. It’s a northern european country right? It’s gotta be good.

6. There’s an app in the country that allows potential hookups to see how closely related they are, to determine whether it’s okay to hook up or not.
