So yesterday my gf was giving me a bj I came in her mouth. About 5 minutes passed after I came . I went to clean my dick with water and soap but didn’t pee. Returned had sex with her, realized condom is missing and immediately pulled out. I have never produced any precum and she is about ovulation time. Should i be worried

There is always a risk. You may not have had precum but there may have been semen in your urethra. If she’s worried there is Plan B pills and you need to get condoms that fit!
Theoretically there is still a risk, but I guess it’s minimal for you’ve washed yourself…
It’s probably minimal but in situations like this you should think about the worst case. What if she was pregnant? What would you do, can you get an abortion? Do you have a plan or discussed her thoughts on the matter?
When you know the consequences it’s easier to decide if plan B for a “low risk” is worth it.
