I (F) had sex with my boyfriend 4 days ago and during this he thrusted very deep and I felt a sudden deep, stabbing pain, similar to but less intense than what I felt when I had my IUD inserted. I’m wondering did he just hit my cervix the wrong way or could he have displaced my IUD? I checked and I can still feel the strings.

If you’re worried or continue to experience pain you should make an appointment with your Ob/Gyn.
It is almost certain that he hit your cervix. I can feel my partners IUD retrieval string with my fingers, when fingering. You can probably feel yours if you try. They are clipped short to prevent accidental removal
To pull out an IUD usually requires a concerted effort to do so. He would be aware if the strings had gotten around his dick.
