Made my way up to a 3 inch plug in the fall. Got to the point now I can slowly push it in and it doesn’t hurt, it stops at the inner sphincter a little but then it gives up and lets the plug in. After that its easy in and out. But I have noticed my penis and groan hurting a little afterwards.
Also it seems I get tinnitus spikes from this. Do any of you know if you can damage nerves in you pelvic floor?
