I would say talk to a doctor
I have a larger than average penis and initially we met this issue too.
We solved it by starting with a lot of foreplay and oral sex on her (apparently the vagina relaxes and stretches more easily after orgasm, by using lube and by entering her at a comfortable angle that allowed her to take it slowly in.
If it doesn’t get better I suggest going to a gynecologist that can diagnose you with vulvodinia, if that’s your case. No amount of stretching on your own can help if you have this issue.
