Health, security and companionship
A quality mattress. Don’t be cheap on something you spend 1/3 of your life in
Tools, mattress, shoes
A good backpack.
Thorogood work boots.
Man tbh it’s the RockForm phone case. Has a magnet on the back and man it’s the most useful thing I think I own. Hunting it sticks to the deer stand, in the gym it sticks to any metal piece so it leaves my pockets, sticks on the boat so I don’t lose it in the water, sticks on the bike, the fridge, man it just makes having a phone even easier
A divorce
Bidet.
Quality shoes
Cast iron pans. Your great grandchildren will be using them. I have one that is in all likelihood around 100 years old
A great mattress & quality shoes! They won’t matter much to you when you’re young (you’re invincible, right?) but the wear & tear on your feet (cheap, flat shoes) & your back (old, soft mattress) will catch up to you once you’re over 50+! Invest now for your health!
Vasectomy
condoms
OLED televisions
Home Gym equipment (freeweights)
Kindle if you read a lot
Mattress
Gym membership
Skipping lines in theme parks.
Paying extra payments on your mortgage.
Housecleaning service. Best money I spend each month.
Mac and cheese. Get the kraft. Live a little bitches
Very random, but a good portable speaker. Nothing too fancy but not a super cheap one either. My $75 JBL speaker is one of my favorite purchases, bought it 6 years ago and she’s still kickin
A quality mattress, life changing investment.
Buying the right tool once instead of the cheap version 5 times.
Laser eye surgery.
Working for a company with health benefits and a pension plan.
Every second you spend with your family.
A restaurant, movie, whatever it is you name it!
Enjoy the memories my friends!
Lasik – Not wearing glasses or contacts anymore is a whole new world and worth every cent
Savings account and index fund
Anything that directly affects your health.
Like others have said, you spend a lot of your life sleeping, get a good mattress and a good pillow.
You walk in shoes every day and they effect your entire posture, have good shoes.
If you work with a computer or spend a lot of time in one, a good chair and a setup so you don’t put your weight on your neck will save your life quality.
Nutrition.
You don’t have to eat fancy, you don’t have to eat expensive.
But you have to make sure you get all the nutrition you need, or you’re going to suffer.
I have horrible sleep apnea. My APAP machine keeps me alive and functioning. Yes, APAP and not CPAP as my sleep apnea is so bad the machine has to automatically adjust the air pressure for my breathing needs while sleeping. I was starting to develop memory loss issues and narcolepsy falling asleep randomly even after sleeping for 12 hours straight. With the machine, I can sleep for 6 hours and feel 100% rested and have no cognitive issues or daytime drowsiness issues.
If you snore or have issues with daytime fatigue, you need to see a sleep therapist. Your life or mental health could be in danger.
Sunscreen
Iron man’s suit.
Refillable water bottle.
Anything that separates you from the ground. Shoes, mattress, tires, furniture, etc.
Mattress, shoes, Japanese toilet, DE wet shaving, quality scissors, quality chefs knife/wet stones or other high rated sharpener that doesn’t remove a lot of metal, the finger holder that sticks to your phone, good soap/shampoo/conditioner, emergency tire plug kit for your car, quality tool set, dental work, fitted clothing, a file cabinet, fast internet, therapy (user dependent and finding a good therapist you trust), anti slip shower mat, good lawyer if you can afford it and lentils.
Decent coffee. Life is too short and gruelling for instant
A reliable car
Vasectomy, Lasix eye surgery, and TRT.
Bidet, seriously
Electric toothbrush
Air fryer, for smaller portions it’s basically an oven that works in as little as half the cooking time and easy to clean too
A pocket knife. It’s crazy how much you’ll use it if you start carrying one around.
Dental work
My dog
