youve been doing something that your body is no longer doing, so it is trying to adapt. give it a bit more time, the wet dreams will fade and become less prominent over time. a few days and the dreams will fade, you might get another here and there, but their strength will fade.
Rehab it is mate, or try to lower the amount of times u masturbate in a week like once every two days or something, drink lots of water and hit the gym.
