I’m a 43M she’s 44F, we’ve been together since high school. She started a night job at a detention center. Started disconnecting from the family. We have two kids and I ran the house day and night with the exception she’d move to days when she could.. She started cheating on me with a guy 15 years younger than us. I’m broken up over it. She’s the only girl I’ve been with. I don’t know where to go from here. Started working out. Trying to feel better about myself. I don’t have any close friends. Not sure how to get started living a new life.
