  1. Kickboxing with friends once a week. My go-to when I don’t want to do anything though is to take the dog for a walk and listen to a podcast.

  2. Found I wasn’t going to the gym as much so I bought a $50 treadmill online and now find my love for running again!

  3. I love taking my dog for walks. I let her pick the route in our neighborhood. She knows which streets are the quickest/longest ways. It also gives her a chance to smell and pee on everything 😂

  4. bought a gym membership and it ended up being a waste of money. I now enjoy my daily walks at the park much more than the treadmill. Listen to a podcast, book, song, album, anything. I thought I wouldn’t like it at first until I did it
