Hi – middle 20’s M here. I’m a pretty good looking guy and in decent shape. I want to maximize my appearance to the greatest extent possible given my genetics (and have money to spend).

I’ve heard about guys hiring “fashion advisors” to help them with haircuts, fitness, wardrobe, and even recommended cosmetic procedures.

My question is – where do you find these types of people (that have experience)?

  1. Paying people to tell you your own fashion damn, I think this is called your mum

  2. If you have the money, go to a tailor and talk with the people there. They could usually give tips about being more fashionable.

Find a good barber to talk with him about what haircut fits you.

Find a personal trainer and focus on the lean aesthetic, to maximize appearance.

There are men fashion stylists, but quite rare, and most of them actually could be found on YouTube for free if you want to learn. You’ll slowly get the hang of it by experimenting. If you really wanna save time, do the above but it will cost you.

  3. Depends how much money you got and on what kind of style you want. Doesn’t matter what “looks good” on you, if you don’t feel good or confident. No matter what though, get clothes tailored.

Self-care, I would say just normal stuff-mani,pedi, daily skincare routine (cleanser, exfoliant, moisturizer, correction & sun protection), oral hygiene and could add some facials/massages too if you want.

  4. Bro there’s so much online that can inspire your next style. Don’t spend a dime on some advisor.

  5. Just put your money in a shoebox, go outside and give it to the first hobo you meet.

It’ll do you just as much good.

Dressing well is not hard. Just make sure everything fits and don’t wear shorts.

  6. Do the research yourself and build a skill

Much more effective than outsourcing to some influencer and paying them for free (but confident sounding) information
