Former coworker

Okay, so we were first introduced in 2019 when I approached her in a night bar, and sometime later, she approached me. We are both clumsy when it comes to courting, so nothing ever happened between us. In 2021, we started working together. I told her what I feel and asked her out, but she told me I’m not her type. On her insistence, we never had coffee outside work, and if we would go to the same place for a night out, it was just a “hi” and goodbye. We never talked or hung out outside work, and sometimes we would just ignore each other if we were at the same place for a night out. Anyway, we are no longer work colleagues, and I continued to act the same way toward her, only saying “hi,” and sometimes I would just ignore her if we were in the same place. I recently heard from some former coworkers I’m friends with that she is upset that I never talk to her and that I ignore her like we did not work for two years together, but my behavior is the same to her as it was when we worked together. I don’t understand what she wants.
