Disabling all but the essential notifications. Limiting idle browsing (like this) to when I naturally have the the, rather than turning on the phone reactively to a notification and browsing from there.
And only sitting in front of the TV when it is dark or poor weather.
I disabled all notifications from Instagram, only checking it when it’s convenient for me. I used to check a notification and then waste hours on reels. this trick saved me a lot of my time
Disabling a lot of notifications and having a set time at night where I put my phone (and computer and Switch lol) away.
