I don’t know what to do with myself. I went to therapy online call to better understand myself and when I talked to her I was unable to express myself and my thoughts are just idk how to explain it. It’s going everywhere. 🙁 Is this really normal for someone with social anxiety?

  1. Well. In a meeting it’s always hard to recollect the points to discuss and talk at the same time. I suggest you write down your points and take it to the meeting. This way you won’t forget anything
