  10. I apologise, because this song comes with a story, but I’m doing my civic duty to help get The Chasers new song on commercial radio by pushing into the top 40. The song is called Coal Makes Me Cum.

    *For anyone not in the know, the Australian election is coming up. Our current (hopefully soon, former) prime minister Scott Morrison famously took a literal lump of coal into parliament house to brag about how cleeeaaan coal is, and how it won’t hurt anyone. He’d had to have it lacquered so it didn’t get all over him, but so cleeeeaaan.*

    *There was recently a debate, and a satirical comedy group called The Chaser cut together some clips to make him say silly things, like “my dick is always hard for coal, and it’s only getting harder”. Someone suggested they put it to music, which they did, and now I (and others) am listening to it every day, so it makes the top 40 in Australia, and gets played on commercial radio.*
