What am i nervous about? Idk im just awkward.

What am i scared of? Just being out there in the middle of everyone. I feel like a bone throw to a pack of dogs.

I can make eye contact and greet people but it gets so tiresome, i get so drain that i rarely do. Also dont want to bother other people.

I spend so much time trying to self improve in my home mentally but its just not reflected at all outside, feel like im a updated person in the inside but outside im same person.

Any tips or can anyone relate?

  1. It sounds like you have the theory down but of course it doesn’t mean anything if you can’t put it to use. You need to start off small in your interactions with people. Speak to people in shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Make light-hearted conversations and don’t have any expectations. You could even ask whoever to do you a favor because it’s a subconscious trick in order for them to like you because the idea is they wouldn’t help someone they didn’t like
