we’ve been together for almost 11 years, this is our 2nd year being married. for the past year i’ve been having a relapse on my depression and anxiety and this week has been the worst. he’s been super stressed about work lately and we are facing some big problems. today i realized how much i love him. i am now on my lowest point of my life where i even consider suicide, but he also needs me now to be his rock so here i am trying to be strong for the both of us even if it is killing me inside.

  1. Deep breaths girl. Take some time make some tea, breath it all in, and relax. Write in a journal if it helps, do some yoga or go for a walk. Do whatever you do that helps you relax and alleviates stress/depression/anxiety. If you need to talk to someone, don’t hesitate at all.
