I had a friend over for a few hours to finish up a project we have in our class, then we hung out for a bit after. But I got like a splitting headache an hour before he left. Not the first time it happened. And I was enjoying the time being spent. He left 2 hours ago and, although it’s getting better, I still have the same ache. Is this normal?

I get a hyper focus pressure feeling in between my eyes, and when I talk a lot my vocal cords feel strained. That could lead to headache, for sure.
Yes! I always thought it was the strangest thing. As a introvert-extrovert, I realize that I tend to use a lot of brain power when interacting with others.
