I’m currently solo travelling and met up with a girl for dinner from an online travel group. It turns out she’s from the same general area where I live and we ended up walking and talking for about an hour before finding a place to eat. We share similar interests but had opposite approaches when it comes to travel. She’s more go with the flow and I’m more structured. She said she had to leave early to book the next leg of her stay (and maybe we would have talked for longer?). We went our separate ways and I messaged her when I got back to my hotel saying it was fun meeting up, we should keep in touch during travel or back home. I recommended her some places I’ve been to and provided an itinerary for one day. She thanked me, said she had fun and mentioned she had multiple plans to meet other people but many fell through and was happy we got to meet. The next day I asked about her plans for the day as she was leaving to her next city. I said I would’ve come see her off at the station but I was in another part of the city that morning. She said oh no worries and mentioned her plans then said she might just copy the schedule I had provided for her. How can I keep this potential relationship from just being a nice encounter while traveling to friendship or potentially more? Am I reading too much into things and was she just being nice? She has met with other groups of people while traveling as well.

TLDR:
Met a girl for dinner through a travel group from roughly the same area as I live
Had similar interests but opposite travel approaches (little planning vs planning), so I recommended places, shared my itinerary and she said she would follow what I had made.
How can I keep this from just being a friendly encounter to friendship or something more?
