This is quite a strange question but I basically never squirted before – did not think it was possible for me to squirt and this isn’t just a question of technique because guys have tried to make me squirt in the past and have failed.

I was having sex for about 4 years and never squirted but literally the past couple months, I’ve started squirting from anything penetrative. Rather easily and basically every time. I’ve had sex with the same partner so it’s not necessarily that different guys have been able to and other guys haven’t although I have had new sexual partners in this time.

It’s not a problem or anything I’m insecure about but it’s more just confusing? What could have possibly changed? It now happens with basically no effort. I don’t really understand.

I’m 21F if that helps at all.

Do bodies just change like this?

  1. I think our bodies change, or maybe we just learn how to relax and let it happen. I was mid 20s when I started.

  2. Yes bodies change. I dribbled at your age. Began squirting in my mid 40s. Now I drench the bed and must use towels. I had pelvic floor therapy and am tighter than ever, sometimes too tight. Both urethra and vaginally. I thought it was weak pelvic muscles increasing the squirt, but that’s not it. It specifically has something to do with gspot stimulation and gspot orgasms for me. When he stimulates that area, I drench the bed. No other time.

And the more hydrated I am, the more squirt I produce. When I take antihistamines, my eyes and mouth dry up, and even vaginal moisture dries up, and so does my squirt. Medicines can change your body. As your hormones change monthly and yearly, so does your body. For the rest of your life.

  3. I never squirted until I got w my husband, I could never do it, even on my own. His dick & fingers make me squirt so easily. In my case, I’m comfortable w him & i can relax, so it comes naturally.

  4. Hydration. But on a more serious note prob just your body changing as you age.

Should still drink more water tho, esp if having sex. It is light exercise!!!!

  5. the opposite happened to me, i used to squirt all the time and now i never can. our bodies are ever changing 🤷‍♀️

  6. I’ve never squirted does it feel more intense? I hope to achieve it one day lol

  7. If you’re concerned, see if you can get in with a gynecologist, women’s health doctor, or pelvic floor physiotherapist. It’s better to check and find out everything is fine. If you aren’t experiencing any incontinence or pain, you’re probably alright. Bodies change, expecially in teens and 20s, and in my experience (and what I’ve heard from other women) once you/your body figures out how to squirt, you’ll feel the urge to every time and it’s much easier for it to just happen.
